Refund policy

In the event, iConferences must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, hotel or facility availability, commodities or supplies, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”), will reschedule the affected Conference, if and as practical under the circumstances, and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Conference.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled EDCON conference, then you may transfer the registration fee you paid, upon written notification to the International Conference on Education, Teaching and Learning (EDCON 2025) or request to refund your registration fee (iConferences will refund the full registration fee minus the 80 USD administration fee for in-person conference, whereas in virtual conferences an administration fee of 50 USD will be deducted.) However, iConferences does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; including charges made for travel and lodging.

If there is a difference in the registration fees between the affected Conference and the alternative Conference, the difference in the registration fees will be charged or refunded, as applicable.

The refunded amount will be credited back to the credit card you used to register for the Conference. The refund process will take up to 25 days.
